As a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, I provide virtual psychotherapy in Ottawa and across Ontario. With nearly a decade of experience, I have extensive experience helping individual adults achieve their goals in a number of areas. Currently, I'm focused on neuro-affirming therapy, sex therapy, and perimenopause and menopause support for women and healing interpersonal relationships through an attachment lens.

Having personally navigated challenges like anxiety, depression, disordered eating, perfectionism, and burnout, I understand how daunting it can feel to take that first step toward seeking support. I also know the profound, transformative impact therapy can have when you're ready to actively engage in creating meaningful change. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, evidence-based strategies, and an approach grounded in authenticity.

My Approach
I recognize my privilege as a Caucasian cis-female and make it a priority to challenge my own biases so I can better support my clients. I am proud to offer queer-affirming therapy in Ottawa and Ontario, welcoming clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship styles—including kink and BDSM.
