Maybe you are navigating the unique, exhausting invisible load of adult ADHD or autism.   • Trauma-Informed & Relational: We build a secure, deeply collaborative container where your boundaries are respected and your lived experience is fully honored.

  • Neurodivergent-Affirming: No forced compliance or neurotypical masking strategies. We work with your unique brain structure—especially when navigating adult ADHD and Autism—to build sustainable, self-compassionate rhythms.
